Sales/ Key Account Manager (m/f/x)

You have already gained initial experience in sales of complex software solutions, strategic or IT consulting and are now looking for a new challenge with a high degree of personal responsibility? If yes, then you are the one we are looking for!

Our complex software solutions and consulting services are not self-explanatory but require initial explanation. We approach and contact the senior management of mid-sized and large companies. In order to delight even more clients, we are now looking for a highly ambitious and motivated sales manager for our office in Nuremberg.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition
  • Presentations and marketing for our solutions and services
  • Self dependent handling of tenders and offerings
  • Customer care and consulting for existing customers
  • Client-specific offer preparation and conclusion of contracts
  • Design, plan and lead individual workshops for customers
  • Integration of pre-sales services, marketing, after-sales services, professional services, product management, business development, customer relationship management, partner management and executive management into account management
  • Establish and maintain client relationships on department, division and executive level
  • Coordination and execution of marketing campaigns together with the marketing team
  • Advanced development of our solutions and services in collaboration with our business development unit

Skills

  • Final degree or respective professional training in the fields information systems, business informatics, major in business administration with minor in computer science, economics with focus on sales and marketing etc.
  • Well experienced with CRM-systems
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • High degree of commitment bundled with communicative expertise
  • Quality- and customer-oriented, ability to work independently
  • Very good¬†interpersonal skills with a positive and cooperative attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Readiness of mind
  • Eloquence and confident behaviour

  • Fluent Business German & fluent English

  • Basic knowledge in state-of-the-art web technologies

  • Sales experience; focus on complex software solutions is a plus

  • Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational and multi-tasking skills
